Dry Wheel Glass Cutter

Basic dry wheel cutter with steel wheel is designed for craftsmen who prefer inexpensive cutters for short-term use.  "Gold-Tip" Fletcher brand cutter with ball end is for pattern and general purpose cutting.  Hone angle on steel cutting wheel is 120 degrees.  Note: Dry wheel cutters do not apply oil while cutting, however they are normally dipped in a fine grade oil before use.

Toyo Replacement Cutting Heads
Choose from Small or Large Style Tips

Toyo's standard carbide wheel cutting heads are long lasting.  The replacement heads fit any Toyo glass cutter.  Small cutting head is a general purpose head, but works best for intricate work and tight curves.  Large head can also be used for general purpose glass cutting but is ideal for straight cuts as the wide head rests easily against a straight edge.  Both styles have the same high quality carbide steel cutting wheel.

Diamond Glass File

Cutting Oil

Odorless, synthetic rinse-off  lubricant is specially formulated for self oiling cutters and for easy clean-up, 4 oz.  Standard oil based cutting oil is highly refined for error-free cutting, 4 oz.

What do we use at AmeriGlas?  We use the standard cutting oil - we feel that it flows better in the cutters and provides better lubrication to the cutting wheel.
