Price
Classic and Victory brand solders - a high
quailty solder - at a great price. Special combination
of alloys in solder gives it a clean, smooth bead. Comes
in standard 1/8" diameter, one pound spools. Available
in several mixtures of tin/lead, or lead free. The most
commonly used 60/40 solder melts at a lower temperature (370
degrees) than 50/50 (413 degrees). The 63/37 solder which melts
at an even lower, 360 degrees, is used mostly for decorative
soldering. Lead free, which melts at 490 degrees, is used
for special applications.
