Glass Sample Sets

AmeriGlas carries a large selection of standard clear and colored glass in many colors of cathedral and opalescent glass.  The standard glass also includes many textures including waterglass, seedy, granite, etc. The standard glass selection is presented on pages of the AmeriGlas web site, grouped by color.  Since waterglass is an extremely common glass texture, it is shown with the appropriate color groups rather than as a separate group.  Other less common, though non-exotic textures, such as hammered, seedy, granite, ice, etc. are also presented on the color group pages.

AmeriGlas also carries a wide variety of exotic glass in many colors and textures.  The exotic glass includes Artique, Baroque, Iridized, glue chip and mirror glass.  Each exotic glass is presented on separate pages of the AmeriGlas web site, grouped by type of glass.

Two glass sample sets are available - Standard and Exotic.  The types of glass included in each sample set corresponds to the glass shown in each page grouping on the AmeriGlas web site.  A summary is presented below.

Glass Sample Sets

Samples of the finest Spectrum, clear and colored cathedral and opalescent glass in a large variety of colors and patterns.  Specific content of each sample set type is outlined above.  You'll get a 2" x 3" sample of every type of glass sold by AmeriGlas.  Each piece is labeled with the stock number for easy ordering.  Now you can decide which colors and textures will look best in any project you make - no more guessing.
    Note - glass boxing charge for sheet glass purchases does not apply to sample sets.

For customers who purchased a basic AmeriGlas Glass Sample Set prior to August 2003, the following update is available.  The update includes 44 different glass samples which were added to our selection.  When the Update is added to the basic set, the updated sample set will include all Standard and Exotic glass carried by AmeriGlas.  Previous purchase of basic sample set will be verified for all update purchases.
