AmeriGlas Stained Glass was started in 1989 by four stained glass crafters in Omaha, Nebraska.  Although Omaha is a medium-sized midwestern town which serves an area of 1,000,000 people, we found that there were very few stained glass stores.  Also, the few stores which did exist, were custom stained glass shops which sold tools and supplies only as a side venture.  There were only a couple real stores in town and they had an extremely limited selection and high prices.  After talking with friends across the country, we found that the situation was similar in many areas.  Even in very large cities, we found that there were still only a few stores and they were usually many miles across town.  AmeriGlas Stained Glass was born and has been serving customers through out the country ever since.

In 1998, AmeriGlas Stained Glass expanded to add the Diamond Drill & Tool Division which sells primarily diamond drill bits, diamond band saws, and diamond tools to non-glass industries and in 2003 expanded to add the AmeriGlas Crafts Division which sells primarily glass etching supplies, night light supplies, and other general line craft supplies.

AmeriGlas Stained Glass was started by stained glass crafters for stained glass crafters.  AmeriGlas carries a large inventory in a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse, so backorders are rare, and orders are shipped out quickly.  Since Omaha is physically located in the center of the U.S., delivery times are generally only 2 to 4 business days to nearly any part of the country.

Our basic Customer Service Policy is to treat our customers as we would want to be treated.  In return we only ask that our customers also be fair with us.

If a product is defective, contact us immediately and we will quickly return it for exchange.  If you are not satisfied with a product upon receipt and examination, contact us and we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, whichever you prefer.

All returns must be in original unused condition, in the manufacturer's original undamaged packaging, including all instructions,.  If a product has been used, or does not meet these requirements, the manufacturer should be contacted for warranty service.
